Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for crochet kits?
We accept returns on unopened and unused kits within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, kits with accessed video tutorials are not eligible for a full refund.

What happens if I run out of yarn while making my Wooble?
Don't worry! Each kit includes more than enough Easy Peasy yarn to complete your project. If you experience a manufacturing defect with your materials, please contact our support team.
